In Spanish below. Huge disappointment, I felt abused by them. First we were denied boarding because they said our vaccination was not complete, even though we had a EU certificate stating it was complete vaccination, accepted in the EU and also to enter the USA. Secondly they considered it our fault, so we lost our vacation but the money too, as we got no reimbursement. Finally they get your luggage first afterwards you do the check in. When they denied our boarding, our luggage was onboard and they didn't give it back us until the end of the trip, 5 days later, even though they sailed 2h after our boarding was denies. So we were left without holidays, without our money, and without our luggage for 5 days. And they didn't compensate nor helped in any way. Never again. Huge disappointment, I felt abused by them. So we were left with no vacation, no money and no luggage for 5 days. And they did not compensate or help in any way. Never more.

Royal Caribbean TRAITOR & SHAMEFUL. I'm a soldier veteran.. I took some time off to take my daughter on a cruise vacation with Royal Caribbean for her 15th birthday. I purchased the trip for $1600 for both. A Uber to the port $70 and Covid test for us for $130 a day before. (results/negative) At the port on departure day 07/18/2022 the port officials say your daughter 2nd vacation is within 8 days and requirements are 15 days. Therefore we were not allowed on the ship even with the negative test. The port officials told me contact R.C. for a rescheduled or refund. I called multiple occasions and was told they won't rescheduled or refund other than taxes about $280. This is soo messed up.. it was my daughters birthday vacation gift. I didn't purchased insurance because I was sure the trip was happening and there was no doubt in my mind I may change it. Everyone has told this is so wrong from R.C. to play my like that.. it was very sad and frustrating because my daughter was looking forward for her trip and to include my time and expenses. R.C. should had have a second choice or plan B for your customers in case of this happening. Not even airlines will do this to there customers. Shame on you Royal Caribbean. THEFT IS A CRIME!
