1 star for the AWFUL service received from Mrs. JUDIE. Inattentive and rude, racist for others. Thank God ANGELO was there, attentive, decent, kind. MISSING Valeria, who always offers extraordinary attention. Very poor service offered by a Lady named JUDIE. Please, be advised that the mentioned Lady doesn't have any respect for others. THANKS A LOT to ANGELO for his great service. Today it was a very poor experience thanks to that lady. MISSING VALERIA, always the best!

Forget about policy and procedures, ensure you have Cash/ I didn't like the vibe and charges.

The store has a good location and the staff was nice BUT I’ve never been charged at any ups store almost $4 to print a label.
