My grandfather just got released yesterday after spending about 2-1/2 months here doing physical therapy 4-5x a week after a surgery. Needless to say, on his first night at home he had to fall asleep on the sofa and peed himself because he did not properly learn how to get up with his walker and walk himself to the bathroom, change his own clothes and get into bed.

The experience in this place is deadly and the worst my mother sent her to recover in that place and the least there is attention I have called medicaid and medicare to file the complaint in Ahca for the worst attention they have they do not respect or the medicines of the sick say they have their own doctors and they medicate them at 6pm so that everyone falls like chickens until the next day it is horrible that institution must be closed for me they do not provide any service to patients it is horrible and I do not hide hopefully and someone calls me and communicates with me Raquel Lazo is horrible.

My mommy has been there since December 2021. Good food, good care and very friendly people. Things happens like everywhere but generally it's a good place. Peoples complain but left abandoned their family there for days. Personnel there are our substitute as a family and need our consideration.
