Right the music is loud, since it is a place to go dancing. It is very important to take into account the time you go to the restaurant. Normally during the day it is very nice to eat and spend time with the family.
Do not go. I'm Dominican. The DJ plays the music at the speed he wants, even if it has nothing to do with the original version. What a pity that of the few Dominican places in Miami this is so mediocre.

One of my favorite places. The food is excellent. I like to go to eat during the week and to dance on weekends. I live in Broward and I go up there because there is nothing like it here.
The treatment that my daughter and I received there from the employees was cordial and kind, especially from manager Francisco.
The problem may be your attitude and not theirs.
