If am able to give 0 review, I will. Case redetermination was due since November 2021, I've sent multiple applications as early as Feb,13 and still, they keeps requesting for the same info all over again. Called several times, no luck to speak with an agent. IAFC phone is always being cut off due to "high call volume" even in the morning. All office are closed, no walk-in, no phone appointment available till April 6th. It's so frustrating, they're just paying staffs for not doing their damn job, a robot will handle this better. Email given failure notice, I hope someone will reach back on this issue.

The communication from your office is dreadful. Everyone that I spoke to sounded like they didn’t care much about what I was saying and just advised me to call back. Horrible customer service! Even when you ask to speak to a supervisor they don’t pass you through to one. The turn around time for this is horrible and the department lacks communication. If you call in be prepared to wait for a long period of time then be disconnected. Yesterday I scheduled an appointment and never got a call. Hopefully someone from their office reads this.

Hi Isabel- It normally takes about three weeks to receive a payment after you submit your certificate to Illinois Action for Children. There are a number reasons why a child care provider's payment could be delayed and take longer than three weeks. If you have additional questions, please contact or visit us: https://www.actforchildren.org/contact-or-visit-us/ Thank you- Illinois Action for Children

Available 24 hours, and if you want your docs stamped for a particular day, I believe they have to be dropped off by 3-3:30pm
Hi Robin. Thank you for the question. Will you please provide a bit more details as to what you are inquiring about? We are not sure what information you are looking for. Thanks
