Our experience at Longhorn steakhouse was a good one, we got two ribeyes and a fillet. The reason why I gave it four stars is because our steaks were not cooked properly. Other than that everything went well.

I give a great review for Jane, who was a great server, as she understood, and complied with all my special dietary needs. I was very impressed with how she placed all the items that were to be on the side on a whole new plate, nicely presented in a fan formation. She is a professional server. I felt sorry for Jane, because they gave her a zombie high school runner who was absent for most of the lunch, and then when she did deliver food, she didn't speak to any of the customers, or communication with Jane as to whether anybody in that section needed additional items. She just stared straight ahead. The contrast between old school and new workers was really meaningful. I am sorry that Longhorn went the way of Woke like every other corporation in the US. As far as the food goes, if you are used to eating at Argentinian or Brazilian steak houses, you will find Longhorn a cookie cutter chain. There are no fresh spices such as freshly cut garlic, oregano, parsley, chimichuri, etc. to put on your meat or food. All the food is made from delivered product that is processed with soy, and the real taste of the main dishes is hidden by some thick butter combination. Definitely for American meat eaters, but not a real steak house.
