CKO kickboxing is my favorite place to workout, I love the combination between punching, kicking the bag and exercises of musculation, perfect for a full body workout. CKO kickboxing Hollywood team is welcoming and the classes are dynamic and intense !

Cko is a great place to find a community of like minded people. The classes are a great way to get in a complete workout in just 1 hour. There is no other place like it.

Yes, there are teachers and receptionists who speak Spanish and you have a trial class
