I walked in asking the hairdressers to remove the red tones from my hair and give me a balayage. My hair was basically balayage already as my blonde highlights had grown out, I just needed to get rid of the red which is done with a toner. I paid for a balayage anyway and as soon as it started to dry I told her I see a lot of red, to which she said it was because it was wet. Then when it dried it said it was because of the lighting of the light... when I mentioned it to Barbra she tried to convince me that it looks better but it is exactly what I came to remove. When something doesn't go my way, I expect it to be rectified, not convinced it looks better.
