Wait time is usually close to 2 hrs. In the past was told oil required for my fleet vehicle was not available, only the most expensive one (seems like a push to sell higher end oil). Came back few days later when the oil should have arrived, waited over 2hrs. After getting vehicle in, still had to wait as mechanics tried to request online approval from fleet to management for additional (unnecessary) service. Only after I stepped out of the vehicle to complain I found out the info regarding lack of lower end oil was incorrect. They had the oil in stock. To summarize - not reliable facility and slow service.

Just came from there. I was the (next) on line for 1hr and 25min, and only when I pulled up they told me they are not servicing OIL CHANGE for my FIAT 500.
