They up charge you for everything that should be part of the service…charged me to trim my nails, file my nails, I had a little crack that I fixed on my real nail she charged me $10 for that and it was fixed by me. I had “coffin shaped” nails which I still wanted she couldn’t shape them properly and ruined the shape and made them “square.” By the time I got done my gel fill was over$100 with no fancy design nothing. Maybe it was the nail tech I had, but she overcharged me, maybe because I had a high end purse. I decided not to get a pedi because they don’t use the plastic liners in their tubs and I didn’t see them do any cleaning after pedicures 🫣 I will never go there again.

Was tired of looking for a good nail place in Miami, and a good friend recommended Neo Nails. Let me just tell you, best recommendation ever! I’ve been going to Neo Nails for 6 months now. My nails are always on point and they last 3-4 weeks (gel manicure). My MVP nail tech is Vanesa, she is the sweetest ever, so nice and helpful when I’m unsure on what to get (color, style, design, etc). Service and price for it to be near Brickell area is great. Can’t wait for my next appointment!
