This is about the people in Harrington Delaware dunkin donuts that staff is very friendly and sweet except 1 but she has gotten better but that's the only dunkin donuts I will go to if I could I would give them a BIG HUGE 10 plus plus plus plus

Always go here for coffee, but after the last 2 times I can guarantee I won’t be ordering food from here ever again! Went there last week and ordered my usual coffee with hash browns, and after I ate the first hash brown I immediately noticed they taste like dish soap/chemicals. I took a bite from each one in the bag and they all tasted the same well fast forward to today go there order my usual and get hash browns/croissant stuffer and you guessed it they both tasted like chemicals/dish soap even the wife couldn’t finish any of them. It’s ridiculous to pay $5 for food just to taste like it was soaked in chemicals idk what they’re doing in there or who they’re ordering from but something needs to be done!!!!!

Yet again ordered online thru the dunkin app. a this is my usual order 2 stuffed croissants and 2 large coffees with vanilla shots, cream, and Splenda. The croissants were burnt and hard. The coffee was black with nothing in it. The ticket was printed right but the coffee was not made right.

I go to Dunkin just about every day, usually the ones in Rehoboth or Milford. I have never had an issue at those two. I went to the Harrington location today and will never be going back. I got a large sweet tea and wake up wraps. My wraps were burnt, but i didn’t mind that as much. My biggest problem was the tea. I asked for extra sugar, and I didn’t know that “extra” meant “completely cover the whole cup in it?” The sugar inside my drink wasn’t even SLIGHTLY mixed, just a whole clump of sugar in the bottom and it was gross, but the outside of my cup was covered in sugar like they just rolled the cup around in it. It covered my clothes and my car with sugar that I now cannot get out. I am so disappointed in this location.
