Would like to start off with the clerk named Natalie. She was super nice and well helpful. We had an appointment for 12:00 p.m. we got there approximately 20 minutes before just in case and was in a room by 11:45. Natalie was really professional and well-educated on filling out the documents, making sure everything was right. She also remember on something I didn't sign that I had to do something personal with and call me right away to make sure I sign it cuz she didn't see me sign it. I hope management or corporate rewards her. Thank you so much for her customer service I will be recommending this place because of her. Thank you

very unwilling to help, they never answer the phone either and they have specific times for you to call but there is no point if you wont answer either ways

The building is very clean and well kept. I had a bad experience and wasn't offered any explanation for that treatment. We had an appointment at 930am. I dropped my family off at 9:25 and i went to park the car and came up at 9:30. We waited for 45 minutes!. We had Barbara Torres and she didn't seem to want to expedite anything or care about bringing us in later than our appointment!. I was disappointed in the service as I was late for another appointment. No one gave us an explanation for the delay!. The post office is much quicker!!!!

This is by far the worst city office I've been to. The employees are rude, unwilling to help and downright demeaning to anyone trying to process a passport. I made an appointment 3 months in advance, they had me wait for more than 30 minutes and then asked for a paper that wasn't listed on the website. I told the agent that I could go get it quickly since I live across the street and she started yelling at me refusing to help me. The time it took her to yell at me would have been more than enough to retrieve the document from home and get back. She was disgusting in how she treated me and now I have to wait another 2 months for an appointment because of a public employee's unwillingness to help and inefficient attitude. It is demoralizing to think that my taxes pay for this type of people's salaries. Shame on the city of Pembroke Pines. This should be brought up to whoever is mayor! Disgusting!

Yes you do and they their next appointment runs up to June-July.
The best thing to do is go downtown office. They'll take care of you right away.

This website tells you everything that you need to renew your passport https://www.bankbazaar.com/passport/passport-renewal.html
No photo service. Also, there is no passport service at this moment.
Thanks @James West 11. I am not sure if they are able to process an Antiguan passport there. I am only looking to get the acceptable photo size taken. Will try Walgreens. Thanks
How much is the renewal fee?
