Absolutely horrible. Waiting 2 days for closet door order. They keep canceling delivery. Customer service keeps saying out for delivery & their delivery window is 6 a.m.-8 p.m.!! Store doesn’t answer phone.

Would not recommend this Home Depot if you run a construction business or work for one. The inventory is never up to date, management will argue with you before correcting THEIR mistakes. The workers walk around on the their phone all day including management smh. Worse experience ever, I got yelled at by the customer service manager because I was upset I had to wait 30 minutes for her to come help me IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. Instead of helping she got upset with me & refuse to service me. Luckily I was on the phone with corporate & they heard EVERYTHING & now there is a case. I run a business & get everything from Home Depot, I have a credit card & a pro account but I’ll take my business somewhere else before I allow the disrespect.
