3051 W Commercial blvd , Fort Lauderdale Fl 33309 is the worst location/ experience from pollo tropical I ever had as a loyal customer, they sold me a tropichop with no corn or black beans , when the employee told the manager she told them that’s ok , how is it ok to have a half done meal that i paid for with my hard earn money , I’ll never go here again as of august 31 2022

They either over cook their chicken or let it sit out to long. I'm not sure exactly why.

I love pollo tropical the food is good and not too many ingredients to upset your stomach.chicken well done ...i love to eat at pollo tropical...My favorite place to eat
