Scam. Charged me $30 for a cancelled order. Placed an order on uber eats. They send a message that they are out of the items I ordered. I then cancel way before the allotted time, they delivered nothing but still charge me for the entire order. Ripping off your customers is a great way to do business. I guess you are that broke that you must steal. STAY AWAY!

Where to start...This place was absolutely horrible. My family and I are all highly disappointed in the quality of food, level of customer service, and overall atmosphere. Music was way too loud, they refused to turn it down(company policy) and we actually had to move tables to be further from the speakers because we couldn't even hear each other or the waiter. Menu was nothing like their website, they actually had less than half of the menu items available with absolutely no info specifying so. So the almost 1hr commute for the burger I wanted wasn't even on the menu. Fries came out soggy, burgers were flavorless and full of grease...truly unbelievable. My grandmothers burger came out before mine and she broke me off a lil piece of bacon and it had a hair stuck to it, I pulled it off and I'm just sitting there in disbelief with the hair in 1 hand a bacon in the other for like a good 30 seconds before the waiter comes out and brings my food. I tell him about the hair and his response literally was "I don't know what to tell you, I dont work in the kitchen". Idk why she decided to eat the burger anyway that's so nasty. For the $100 tab we could have picked so many other places to enjoy instead of Tucker Dukes. I understand this isn't everyone's experience but it was ours and I'll never go back.

I ordered the ticket Duke burger and I liked the flavor of the beef. I had to take mine apart and take the fried onion rings out for it was to big to bite into.
