My first and last time was terrible. Read about them online and decided to walk in a little after noon. First thing I noticed was the employees that looked miserable. Most likely overworked and underpayed which is common practice in most restaurants. The windows were shiny(1 star) so I couldn’t see the huge line inside. As the line dwindled down and I got closer I started to watch the cooks. I’m a pretty tall guy so I could see over their beer taps and what I saw terrified me. Beforehand I just want to say: if you don’t believe me have a good long look at the food being made. The grill cook was grabbing raw meat then proceeding to grab the handles of the coolers, the cheese before it melts and his spatula as well as buns. The guy assembling is handling fish/chicken/beef kebabs and proceeding to touch everything in the area: the buns, the lettuce, the oranges for the salads, hand around the rice scooper while scooping it. The fry guy touches what they touch. Never in my life have I seen cross contamination to such a level. Made me so nauseous I left. Wouldn’t be surprised if nastier stuff goes on behind the scenes.

The restaurant was pretty empty when we got there. My son's meal took a very long time to get made. The employees seem to be more focused on take out orders than actual customers you have waiting for their meals in your dining room.
