AWFUL service! I go to a restaurant to have a pleasant moment, not so that they make a bad face at me and the waiter thinks that because I am going to share a dish I am not going to spend more, or I am not going to leave a "tip", I ordered a soup to share We wanted them to divide it in two but the waiter made the worst face at me, he said that I couldn't leave the kitchen that way! Because we were only paying for one plate! Ah?, with only that I took away the desire to eat! They brought the soup, and I thought I would solve it by helping us divide it at the table, but NO, he brought me a soup spoon from the kitchen and a different size plate, I left it on the table and simply said: “here it is for you to serve” hey! what a bad service they have! We ate the soup and didn't even order a drink, we really just wanted to get out of there, I saw the previous reviews and the one star ones are from the bad service that this restaurant has, since the food was good! I feel that it is a tip pull between waiters, since I see, that they are only based on bringing the dishes, but they are not interested in the clients having an excellent experience, the restaurant was not full, only 4 tables occupied for 3 waiters who vi, I'm not one to post bad reviews, I understand that now everything is based on social networks, but today it deserves it! How I think it was a pull, the other waitress comes to collect and say that the tip was shared! For what I confirm, we told him about the bad service and instead of listening to us and seeing what they can improve, he just said “oh! Guys!”, we were like, what a shitty place! and we understood that yes, they are only interested in the tip and not really the service of the restaurant so that it remains full; I understand that the waiters work for their tips, but the waiters of this restaurant should understand that they are the ones who make us return as customers to a place, or definitely cross the place as the worst, when we talk to our friends to recommend a restaurant! Whether or not you care about reviews, I'll leave it the same so that people who want to feel well taken care of, DO NOT COME HERE! who think that because we arrived in a gym sweatshirt and we started by sharing an appetizer (the soup), we were not going to leave a tip! And I preferred to pay and go to another restaurant to finish lunch.

I don’t usually rate 5, but I had a great experience here, the food I ordered was delicious well presented and came out fairly quick. The service was exceptional from when I entered up to when I left, the waiters were very courteous and professional. Finally to be a normal latin restaurant, the ambiance was very cool the restaurant is very clean, nice decor and cool music.

The service must improve the attitude of the waiters, the food tastes good and portions. And waiters should never say that tipping is mandatory, it all depends on the service being offered. Clean and nice site.
