Christian Brothers Flooring has beautiful flooring and an amazing team of employees. We purchased our hardwood flooring through the Costco flooring program and couldn't be happier. Flooring can be purchased from many different retailers, but Christian Brothers installation team is definitely superior. Leo (the installation manager who arranged installation and provided superior customer service), German( the highly skilled installer in charge of our project) and the rest of their team all ensured that our flooring was expertly installed. The personlized support and communication with Leo throughout this process was amazing. Our hardwood floors look amazing beacause of the attention to detail and the professionalism of the installers. They were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Christian Brother Flooring, not just because of the great products they sell, but because of the professionalism of their installation team.

I purchased my Shaw Vinyl floors though Costco and had an awesome experience. Garrett (Salesman) was upfront and gave an honest quote. Once I signed the paperwork, the Christian Brother's Team scheduled me in and Asencio (Installer) was exceptional. The baseboards and leveling of my floors were on point and I appreciated Asencio's attention to detail. The floors look beautiful and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent customer service! Thank you again CB!

We got one of their salespersons to come to our house. They took all the measurements. We never heard from them after that. We called them several times and they never returned our calls. They basically ghosted us. I don't recommend them at all.

So, hired this company through Costco. Huge mistake. Either the sales rep or the installer lied to me. Was told they would fix squeaky spots...they didn't, actually created more! They damaged some furniture and refuse to return my husbands phone calls. There are significant gaps between floor and base boards. Broke tile off the wall in my bathroom. I'm so disappointed.
