Marilla Sundance is a great place to live the apartments are large and the property is well kept. Great place to live if you have dogs it’s really dog friendly and the staff do a great job keeping up the dog runs. Heather the manager is super attentive to the residents needs and always keeps everyone informed with timely text messages it’s nice to have someone that cares about the community. Mauricio is the best if there’s anything wrong with your apartment he comes in and really does a professional job he recently had to replace my under sink cabinet and it looks brand new he really goes the extra mile and takes pride in his work he’s great.

Less than $1800 a month. No studios, only 2 bed/2 bath. They are pretty big though. I have been living here since September 2019 and have not had any bug issues.
Don't!!! That's all you need to know. It may be cheaper than other places, but it's not worth it. Unless this is your only option, find something else, you'll be glad you did.
There are a lot of kids here and play daily outside, we have a nice pool and we're about to get a new playground. I have a 2 and a half yr old granddaughter and we go for waliks all the time...we are definitely kid and dog friendly!!
