I had forgotten my invisalign while eating here today and called to see if anyone had found them before driving back and they told me to call back in 10 minutes so they can check (totally understandable). Upon calling back, I was told that "we are not responsible for your personal belongings and you need to be more responsible", after simply asking if they had found it since they told me to call back so they could look for it. Meanwhile, I ordered ONE egg and asked for it three times after my meal had already came out and never ended up receiving it. I understand I am responsible for my own items but I never held anyone at Lodge Bread responsible or implied such. The responsibility seems to lay on the collective forgetfulness of employees to coordinate the complex logistics of cooking and transporting one egg after being asked multiple times of where it was.

I ordered the pizza online and added some particular requests that I did not know how to specify otherwise on the site. Almost as soon as I put the order in, David gave me a call and assured me he would take care of it and did it in a manner that exceeded expectations. When I picked up my order, Andy and David were very warm and friendly and demonstrated excellent customer service that is rare to find. I have nothing but nice things to say about this place. The food is great and the people are exceptional.
