I contacted the place in hopes of getting some nice 16 mild pieces of chicken wings. I told the place my phone and address, making sure to say Unit 1 since I live within one of those joined buildings. I waited quite a bit and I got a call, the gentleman on the phone told me he got here but the lady said she didn't order anything. I made sure to say he must've gotten the wrong unit number because I told the person who took my order that I was in Unit 1. He said he'll be there in a few minutes, it was around 8 & it's not currently 9. I tried contacting them to see about my order & nothing, their automatic system played but then it immediately cut off. Either they thought I was a prank caller & blocked my number which is very unprofessional given that I made sure to give them the correct information for the address, they keep hanging up calls with my number, or there was an automatic system that prevented me from speaking to anyone that could help me. I tried contacting them multiple times to see where my food was located and nothing. I only hope that this criticism will help this location become better at their customer service & delivery service, if the delivery driver comes very late, I will not be paying & refuse the food. I don't wish to waste anyone's time but I tried contacting through a phone & gotten no response, I cannot cancel the order if the only form of communication is faulty, preventing me from informing the employees there. I'm very disappointed that I couldn't enjoy the food I had ordered for delivery & was going to pay the driver in cash happily. Please select another location until this situation is resolved.

Wrong pizza delivered. Tried to call to get this corrected, but NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. Waiting on infinity hold while starving. We usually have a great pizza and all is good, but this was the worst experience.

This place is absolutely horrible, the food is good but the service is unbecoming and unprofessional the person I talked to on the phone just hung up on me I started calling at 11pm granted they close at 12 midnight they didn’t answer till 11:14 that fine I get it you are busy so the person finally picks up and says “we are closed” I live 3 mins away and would do a pickup of my order since you are always wanting to over DO DoorDash I figured why not, what a mistake I made at the end of the night I just ended up using DoorDash for pickup… do yourself a favor don’t bother with this place DoorDash for pick up or just order at a good local pizza place . Also every time I have ordered from here I have always tipped driver well and did everything right and they tonight were so rude and unprofessional.

Absolutely "TERRIBLE" experience!!!!! Waited a hour and 45 minutes for 2 lava cakes 2 LG ICE COLD pepperoni pizzas 🍕 The girl who answered the phone and took the order was extremely rude and disrespectful. My Chase bank notified me via text and said that Domino's was charging me on my card for $127.50. Plus my order that was 40 Plus which I thought was really expensive. The bottom line is. I'm going to see my lawyer unless the manager or someone in charge can make it right

Jeremy, I'm sorry you are not satisfied with the Toms River location. I worked there for three years and it can get very hectic there at times. If you are unwilling to give it another chance, please try our Brick location, located on the corner of Route 88 and Princeton Ave. Adrian Jones, most of Hooper Avenue is covered either by the Toms River location or the Brick location. The only exclusion is Holiday City and some of Church Rd, but the Brick location is splitting into two new stores very soon. One will be on the corner of Hooper/Brick Blvd and Yorktowne Blvd, which will cover the "dead zone" that neither locations cover right now. If either of you have any questions, comments, or concerns, I am the manager at the Brick location. Please don't hesitate to call!
Yes credid cards info can be saved in your dominos app, and pay right from it. When you place an order through the app, a 'pending' charge goes out to the card to make sure you can cover it, so even prepaid cards work. When the food arives you can add onto the reciept any tip you would like, and sign the reciept, when the driver goes back to the store is when you are actually charged for what you write on the reciept. Bank debit cards for checking accounts also work that way.
Wear mask and maintain 6 feet distance. You can use sanitizer there while entering.
