I went there today for routine lab work, there was ONE person in the waiting room to be seen. I checked in sat down for a bit. Finally called to the window all to be told they only take appointments. But clearly that’s a lie because in previous reviews they’ve taken walkins. My impression was either laziness or they just don’t care. They offered me an appointment a week away because she claimed they’re so busy, but they certainly weren’t busy when I showed up At 1:40. Oh and let me add she made the appointment and said I can show up anytime after my appointment time…..so I’m lost as to why she insisted on an appointment. The worst service ever it’s a shame because as patients we have to rely on them and they know it and take full advantage of it.

I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STAR. Staff extremely rude, no costumer service. Not first time i've been mistreated in this place, i rather pay in any other lab than using them again.

My experience was horrible I went over there for my blood work and I couldn’t find a parking, the front desk was giving me actitud and telling me they just work by appointment, so I tried to make one online but in the web was saying they accept walk in but I went over again with the front desk and she refuse to give me and answer and suggesting to talk with the supervisor, I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
