Horrible service! Waitress was racist. Charged us twice for drinks that have free refills. Servers name was Gianna. Food was not good. Spent 2 hours there because no one would take our order. The worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life, would give negative stars if I could. Find another ihop with people who aren’t racist, you might enjoy your food then.

My grandson loves IHOP so we have been to a lot of them. Some are great, some not so much. This one is wonderful if you are in the Downtown LA area. The place is super clean and the service is excellent. There was a short wait, but once we were seated our server was with us straight away. She took our drink order. Their office is very good and they give you a pot to fill your own. Some places have terrible coffee or charge a mint for decent coffee. IHOP has great coffee at a reasonable price and you won't run out. Their breakfast items are my favorite. My grandson loves their burgers. We had pancakes, eggs and sausage and my grandson had their classic burger. It was all great. The food came hot and it was perfect. We will be back.

Decent food, decent prices. Be careful ordering online with delivery apps. Price for milkshake was $7.30 with typical picture of a milkshake they provide in-store. Was shocked to discover their delivery version is in a kid's cup. See photo for size reference to regular red plastic cup, IHOP milkshake is on right.

Two weeks ago I went to IHOP in Los Angeles California. Y. Valet parking charged me. Said they charge if one takes more than an hour at IHOP
