DtLA 👍👍👍👍👍 This is a fantastic store! THE PHARMACY IS ALL OF THIS, ABOVE AND BEYOND AND THEN SOME.... From the top on down through the entire span of control, they are consistant. THIS STORE IN PARTICULAR They have respect of others good example of kindness and courtesy naturally not fake or forced but not OTT. Professional and focused, they react as you throw a question at them. Stopping whatever project with which they may be involved. (the cashiers multi task and help appropriately) They listen, handle the situation They get the job done! Consistently! This is the way "it just IS!" in this entire store*. It has been this way for a long time. . Before the-pandemic, during and to this day! Seamlessly professional productive, efficient and thorough. With diligence and commitment. Gets a diverse and I'm sure often very challenging set of customers/visitors. Glad to help you with anything you ask. They willingly take care of you. The entire team is also genuinely pleasant and kind (not nauseating phony or insincere.). They are helpful! (What a concept. Right? lol) PLUS... The security guards here keep everone safe. THEY DON'T MISS A THING! They handle 'it'! So well, you don't even know it happened. ONCE AGAIN, this applies to the entire store and pharmacy teams.
