I had a great experience with both an in person and delivery shopping trip. And saved money, too! I appreciate how helpful the app is when choosing delivery. You can use reward points, clip coupons, and use for just 4 U offers, plus all of the weekly sale prices. I saved 93.00 off my order, and that was with a lot of meat in my order 🙃 Thanks, Safeway 😍

The worst safeway I have ever been in the seattle area. It’s one of these Safeways where they just do the minimum. For example at 5 pm from the fresh hot soup area only the remaining of the tomato soup was left and this was only fat no more soup, no donuts left, 30ft long waiting lines on 1! Open cashier and same at self checkout. There are way better Safeways around !

They did have one but in Seattle it is only 1/2 of the day. I didn't know that so when I was done shopping some time after 1pm they charged me full price for everything. That was a month or so ago in December 2020. Now if you go to their web site they say that they don't offer a Senior Discount. OK, just called the my local Safeway and they still have it on first Thursday from 9-1pm as of March 2021.
