Angel has great customer service. He's an asset to your company. However, my problem is not with him. It's with the facility. My unit suppose to be a 10X15, unfortunately the measurement are 9X11 way short of 10x15. I'm being ripped off $286 for a 10X10. I found a facility nearby that's a 10X15 with the 1st month free, also with great customer service for the price of $215 with taxes. Also the price won't shoot up 35% in 5 months like these big box storage facility. People shop around and take your measuring tape.
