Wife and I have been renting a storage from the Kendall FL location for over 4 years. Recently we decided we needed to cut expenses and decided to cancel our storage. I contacted the location and spoke to a gentleman named Orlando. He looked up the account and immediately provided me with options. He said he could/would help us by reducing the rental fee if we wanted to stay which I never thought they would do that. He also went further to offer to prorate the last months rent if we were going to vacate and not be there the entire month. Both options offered us savings. Which considering today’s economy was very nice of him to try to work with us. Orlando was very understanding and went the extra mile. Ultimately we decided to take the prorate offer. Because of Orlando, we will always consider Extra Space for our future storage needs. Thank you again Orlando! From Mauricio and Yadira. Unit 76.
