I have been living at Marina del Mar for over 5 years and I absolutely love it! I continue to enjoy everything about it! The staff is very friendly and family by now. If you need any help they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and resolve any issues you may have. Any repairs are done immediately! Building is clean, safe and have the most beautiful views and so close to the beach! And with the latest improvements, it is the Best place to live! There is nowhere else I rather be living but here. This is really my home for me!!! Thank you all!

I have called Marina del Mar home for over 6 years. I love the place and its employees. But as one of the reviews say the roaches are out of control. The exterminator is a great guy but, also as the reviewer say, whatever he sprays it’s not doing much. I kill more roaches with Raid than his product does. It’s really disgusting getting home at night to find the creatures all over the kitchen. I want to emphasize that my kitchen is super clean and never would I leave any dirty dishes in the sink or any other place.
