The store is lacking leadership,Too many young kids young managers who just don't care,I will say thisThe meat department and the Fish Department are run very well.That being saidThe store is a beautiful storeBut your morning crew staff needs to be better trained,That's why I go to Publix most of the timeShopping is truly a pleasure at Publix.PSWhen I show up at the store usually around 9 in the morningI pick up a sandwich from the deli department and ask the lady behind to press it for meShe tells me I have to wait 15 minutes for the press to get hot,The Press should be the first thing the deli turns on when they arrive to work.The girls at the deli look at you like they don't want to serve you or they are not happy working thereI feel like I am bothering themI show up almost every morningYou would think they would turn the Panini Press On by 9 a.m..Too much gossip in the back no customer service.... the girls that run the deli sandwiches they need to step up their game, no enthusiasm someone needs to take charge and have a can do attitude it desperately needs leadership that being said I will be back every morning to check on you guys, I am your Undercover Boss my suggestion be nice to everyone you encounter I just might be the one you encounter. PS the Barista who makes the coffee in the morning don't worry I won't call you out you know who you are stop gossiping and save the coffee for paying customers take care of your customers those are the people who pay your paycheck. I see the same Barista every morning drinking coffee and making it for her team members espresso cost money remember you are being watched.ps all the coffee profit is being abused by the employees every morning I see this this has got to stop..
