11 am service Sunday contemporary church Yes I come to church to learn but I also want to give good reviews for the casual Christian(hopefully you grow and become hardcoreπ) Yes I travel often and my mother raised me that no matter where you are on a Sunday find a church so I did. First off I canβt do 5 stars without hears a sermon/full message. That being said here is my experience. I accidentally came on mission Sunday which is always great at every church Iβve been so good to see what God is doing. Greeters were nice and did the greetings. Love churches that have coffee and donuts.(Jesus plus coffee= alert mind to learn) This a a casual church in the environment dress attire and energy. (Great) The childrens ministry looks good with the group of children that went to is BUT there was quite a number of children that stayed in the main sanctuary so probably parents choice. A quality ALL INCLUSIVE church where all walks of life are accepted. Iβll be back when Iβm back in town in may to update the review but all in all a good church to all

first time visit, people just looked at me. i had to reach out. second time, a staff had to reach out to me. i met a friend there before the pandemic, and we havent been back since. the vibe is as follows.... its all about fitting in. it really doesnt matter if you actually do know the Jesus they talk about, they absolutely do not care. it became an emotionally dangerous place.

Found this after my move to Omaha from Virginia, preaching spot on, scripture based, pastoral team caring, personable, mission to grow disciples and launch churches in being lived out, even thru the pandemic, lots of young adults as well as families. Blessed to be a part of this church

It's a lovely place. Has a mixed crowd of people from all ages. The preacher is so enthusiastic you'll be alert the whole time. The 11 am service is mostly the young adults. College students and older. (20's & 30's crowd)

Stephen nailed it. That should give you great info. From my experience, Citylight emphasizes teaching The Bible, empowering joy through Jesus, and helping the local community by being the hands and feet of Jesus.
I'll agree to that too, for all ages.
Citylight Omaha gathers in two locations, Midtown (4383 Nicholas Street) and West (3401 Oak View Drive) on Sundays at 9 & 11 AM. You can find more information at citylightomaha.org/visit.
