First, the hotel did not offer cleaning services due to the pandemic and felt very dirty. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and felt like I was sleeping on a rock. The room they put us in was on the ground level next to an alleyway/parking lot and felt very unsafe like anyone could walk up to the room. The restaurant was closed everyday because of staffing issues, which we were excited to try because of the reviews and was a big reason why we selected this place. And lastly and my biggest issue is that the valet scuffed up my car pretty badly. This is basically a dressed up motel, I would NOT recommend this hotel. Looks great on the outside and is in an ok location in downtown, but the rooms and service are not what I expected at all for the price.

Stay elsewhere. Literally my worst hotel experience ever. Fire alarm was going off every hour all night apparently due to humidity. Valet was a joke. $45 and we always had to retrieve it ourselves. Long check in. Elevator for snails. Was told that we’d get some refund compensation for the horrific prepaid night but still no email or reply 3 days later. The worst.

I would stay away from this hotel, especially if you’re a business looking for meeting space or any accommodations. I was given the run around by Tom director of food and beverage and Jonathan P the general manager of Food & Beverage. Getting a hold of both parties is nearly impossible, not to mention, Jonathan would not honor and of his promises. Stay away. I know I will

STAY AWAY of this place! The worse experience in my whole life! Lots of things to be mentioned but to simplify, shower did not work, the pictures promoting the hotel are very professional and well chosen because the reality the hotel is look like HOSTAL/MOTEL very old and bad maintenance as so that 5 times alarms activated (8-9-11 pm and 12-4 am) the first two times firefighters showed off. We wanted to cancel as soon we stepped there but they said not cancellation policy coverage and so we need to pay both days, they run valet parking but it cost $45 dlls so way to expensive and the worse place I ever stay!

Deena, I apologize for the inconveniences you experienced. We take the safety and security of our guests seriously and only issue keys to guests who's name is on the reservation or placed in the notes. Once we spoke with your husband, since his name was on the reservation, and he was able to confirm some information we made a key for you. Your name has been added to the reservation and placed in the notes. All you will need to get a key is a picture ID. While we do not service rooms on a daily basis we did make up your bed as you requested. When maintenance went to check the tub in the room he noticed the stopper was down and handle not turned all the way closed which caused a drip and the tub to fill with water. Call the hotel when you are ready with your luggage to be picked up. They are not far away. Our driver was very friendly and have us a good dinner recommendation.
Unfortunately the shuttles are not running at this time.
