You are allowed one hour in there and one hour on the computer.
There are several computers available for you to use. If you live within Lincoln or Lancaster County, you'll need a Library card (it's a quick registration process if you don't have one already). If you are visiting from out of town, you can get a guest pass; you will need an ID.
You will probably find that most genealogy research can be done at the main library. However, there is also online research that can be done at branches.
