The Institute is a 501(c)(3) nonpartisan, nonprofit organization, and serves as the research arm of the organization, conducting public opinion research and analysis related to policies affecting children and families, as well as elected official job performance. Donations are tax deductible. The Movement is a 501(c)(4) nonpartisan, nonprofit organization, and serves as the lobbying arm of the organization, working to ensure children and families are prioritized in state budget and policy decisions. The Movement identifies and prioritizes budget expenditures/cuts and policy recommendations based on the best interest of Nebraska’s children and families. Donations are not tax deductible
