I ordered through the app and for the second time in a row, they put mayonnaise on my food when I specifically removed it, it's on the receipt. I also ordered sweet Iced Tea and they sent unsweetened. Not so bright people must work their. Never again.

Very ghetto. They do not wear hair nets, I found a piece of hair in my fries, no joke. I ordered a pineapple mango and it barely had flavor. My chicken nuggets were falling apart, and the staff is very careless, and the cashier messed up my order several times. This is embarrassing and needs to stop, because it is unsanitary and can cause futures problems.

The staff is slow and unorganized the communication is horrible between the teams. Whenever I come I’m standing in line for 10-15 minutes just to place an order and I’ll literally be next in line. No one acknowledges you customer service is horrible and the team working needs to be changed
