I am not picky when it comes to fast food. If they get my order correct, it's 5-stars. It doesn't even have to be fast. Somehow, this location has gotten my order wrong and left out items nearly every time.

Got and ice cream cone but served like it was for a child. Then we ordered another cone and it was normal size uniform serving. Both tasted good.

I was working in the Century city area and had about 30 minutes before I started so I went to this McDonalds. I figured I would go inside to use the facilities and order since it was open. I went to order first. I waited 8 minutes before someone would take my order. I waited an additional 10 minutes ( not counting the time it took for me to use the facilities) before I would ask one of the clerks about the status of my order to which she replied their system is not set up for Dine in orders yet. Unacceptable! It's Fast Food! Nothing about this place was fast. At least not on this particular day. 051622

I came to the store with 2 kids when weather so so hot,was so sorry for you guys that no bidy in frint desk to help us as a family and said apologize if we couldn’t serve you! After I said anybody help us,the lady with red hair talk to me in very rude way and said you don’t want you can leave! Nobody in front desk! And nobody said sorry for her bad manner! I’m so upset and never back to your store again!
