As to my experience with them. They are always happy to see me. They Take very good care of me my car. It always comes out good .this just doesn't sound like them.

No it's not BUT it does a amazing job I have a 2018 black vehicle and it is spotless after .no brush marks.no scuffs

It's a monthly subscription program, basically. Pay X amount a month, and go wash you car as often as you like.
Our rail height is 4 1/8", so depending on how exact your measurement is, you might be just a little too low for the wash. We apologize for any inconvenience but thank you for reaching out to us!
I just paid 34 dollars to start car washed. Then it goes to 29.99 a month...I think I would go to the car wash and ask the attendee. He answered all my questions but I forgot how to cancel. But I don't think its that hard.
