This is from Mike, one of the owners. We are a little family owned restaurant that has been there for over 34 years. If you want to consider ANYTHING dirty in our restaurant, you could perhaps say the carpet. The servers are in and out of the kitchen hundreds of times per day. Unfortunately a little bit of grease from the kitchen floor comes with them every time. So when we shampoo the carpet, in a few weeks it doesn’t look so good again! Sad but true. That being said, awhile back I had thought I smelled gas in the kitchen. I had MUD in and the tech is looking around and said that this is the CLEANEST restaurant kitchen that he had ever been in. We always score good on our inspections and have been told by one inspector that he wished every restaurant was like us. I don’t know about our current inspector but our previous one ate here with his family! I suggest that come in and see for yourself!

Paper disposable menus are used. Tables are disinfected after each use. Hand sanitizer is available various places in the restaurant. Some tables have been removed to provide more spacing. Staff is allowed to wear or not wear masks at their discretion. I myself do not wear a mask as I have already had covid, likewise my wife, our daughter, and one of our bartenders. We also do a large portion of our business to go.
