Jessica and Joanne (behind the Service desk) were very friendly and made this experience excellent! The mechanics were prompt and thorough. Our wait time was only an hour and 15 minutes from the time we arrived to driving away completely taken care of. We will definitely be back and this is our new Nissan go-to!

I have had 2 or 3 appointments at Colonial Nissan and I have always come away happy and impressed. They do a great job, provide reasonable rates, but the best part is the staff. They are all so accommodating and pleasant to interact with.

They attended us and picked up the car at the technical service even without an appointment, since the problem persisted, even on Saturday. Fantastic personal treatment, punctual explanation of the evolution of the problem and its resolution. They gave us a replacement car throughout the process. Excellent experience with Colonial Nissan service, particularly with Laura Notartomaso and the technical team who were personally involved in solving the problem. Maximum satisfaction.

I called to schedule service on Monday for a check engine light due to a transmission slip. I was given an appointment for 8:00am on Tuesday which was great. I dropped off the vehicle on Monday night for the appointment. I received a call at 8:30 on Tuesday morning that my vehicle had already been looked at and there was no issues with the transmission. Good news. I was given a small list of items that did need some attention however, and agreed to them. I was told that the vehicle would not be finished on Tuesday now, and would need to stay until Wednesday afternoon since a part was not available until Tuesday evening. Even though my family had left for a trip Tuesday, I agreed to wait until Wednesday, since the advisor let me know that the mechanic needed my “okay” to disassemble everything before starting. I called at 12:00 Wednesday to check in and was told that everything was good and I would get a call once the vehicle was done. I got a call at 2:45 stating that the vehicle would need to stay until Thursday now because the mechanic was running into some issues disassembling a tensioner assembly. Now I am not even sure I will make the rest of the trip with my family. That will be 4 days for “routine” items. I am very disappointed in the communication from the service team about the timing of my vehicle repairs. If a vehicle is estimated to be completed on a Tuesday, Thursday is not an acceptable alternative. I will not return to this dealership for my repairs in the future, and will certainly express my concerns to any who consider it.

Questions & Answers

How long does a customer have to wait for his vehicle be seen.?1030 AM appointment 50 minutes after still there waiting.

My experience with car dealers is your appointment time does not matter and should be viewed as a suggestion only. It is unfortunate but they also have limited resources. You can't realistically predict how long a car is going to take to fix before you know what the problem is. So, this 0ften times results in delays. I would suggest getting there at days and times where you can better predict that a resource will be available... at the time they open, for example.

Usually about 30% it depends on the car and the day if the month.. You'd be better off going there to see if they can help you out. Ask for Gene Porzio.
