I was ordering something with my friend, she works at dunkin. She was ordering her order and I wanted to order mine and Elmas the employee who was taking my order told me “do you work here” and I said no. She told me to “stop talking” she literally shut me down. This is not how they should treat a costumer.

They are probably too busy to worry about making your day. Dont depend on someone else to make you happy. Smile at them just because. You might just make their day.
