The main lady who works here is very friendly, professional, and customer service orientated. I was happy with the unit and facility on the whole and would recommend to anyone who has storage needs around Waltham. Plenty of parking and competitive rates also.

April 12, 2022, great news, I spoke to Steve from Corp and one elevator should be operational after 4 pm on Wednesday, April 13, 2022. They are working to restore the 2nd elevator shortly. elevators have been out of service for over 10 days and no one from management can tell us when we can access our storage units on the 3rd floor. What a shame, nice clean facility but useless for now

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Donna is THE BEST! Super nice and attentive. We found a leak on a pipe above our unit and they immediately changed it and since we had to move everything they gave us a bigger one with no increase in fee. Not going anywhere else.

Donna the manager is outstanding! I arrived at 559 to get my keys and orientation. The office technically closes at 600 pm but Donna agreed to stay late on technically her own personal time which I will be eternally grateful as I needed to move in tonight! The office is clean and accommodating and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service.

Climate-controlled storage units are temperature controlled. Climate control means that we use reasonable efforts to maintain a temperature in the building where the Cube is located of between 55- and 80-degrees Fahrenheit. This type of environment is ideal for storing furniture, metal, fabric, and other items.
