0 stars. Avoid at all costs. Go to a Verizon Corporate Store instead, unless you are looking to be robbed. I walked in to upgrade my phone and learn more about unlimited data. I was greeted by Ashley who was very professional and seemed extremely proficient in Verizon phones & plans. She told me our best bet was to upgrade both our phones and switch to the 5G unlimited plan, because our monthly bill would be the same, and we would each get $800 towards new phones which leaves us paying pennies on the new phones. Great right?? She set up my new phone, applied a glass protector, etc. and when I go to pay, the total is $397 for "taxes & fees", pay, sign and you would receive an automated receipt via e-mail, so I signed, paid, and left. No receipt was ever sent. I called twice to find out what was costing us $400 in store. Even worse.... our next bill was $360 from verizon. After calling Verizon to discuss our next bill, it shows that the store added a third line to our account which we did not authorize, AND the store purchased a Samsung Galaxy under our information for $145 which was sent to their store. This store is fraudulent, and my only recommendation is to only visit a Verizon Corporate store. Initially I was impressed with my experience working with Ashley, she texted me to make sure I have her number if anything came up. She called me to check and see if things were going well with the phones. BUT a few days later, the truth came to light.... she never disclosed any of the costs, fees and charges that are INDEPENDENT to their cellular store, and also what fees and charges would be additional coming from Verizon with these changes. Sure our monthly bill is "the same" if you think $135 is the same as $98.... but nothing about $800 in combined fees was ever discussed.

WILL UPDATE REVIEW TONIGHT I’ve had a terrible experience with Verizon via chat until last night. While I was on vacation last week I spent an entire day in the hotel room waiting for a Sim card to arrive which I paid $14.99 to have it shipped overnight It never arrived. after eight conversations in two days with Verizon I was told to go to a store and get the new Sim card. This was after they told me I needed to use the Sim card they were sending me. When I went to the Verizon store in Florida, they told me that it was not the same card at all. They offered to upgrade my plan with a special they were running. My husband and I paid to have our phones upgraded to iPhone 13 and changed our plan to unlimited. We were never told at that time we would have to also turn in our current phones. When we questioned the woman about turning in our phones, she said she told us that was part of the deal. When we decided not to do the deal, she said that she would be able to take back the phones, but the plan had already been changed. To make things even worse while I was traveling home my iPhone 13 died midflight. I had purchased a case, which was an otter case, prior to leaving the store, and the phone had worked well until it died midflight. I spoke with a very nice woman via chat. She assured me that she would contact the Waltham store to let them know I would be coming for a replacement phone. We had tried several maneuvers to reset the phone that I had over chat. Although I am quite worried, based on the reviews, I am hopeful that I will be able to have this transaction goes smoothly this evening. I will not be able to go until after I leave work. I will. Amend this review as soon as I leave the store, I’m very concerned with the latest reviews, but I’m hopeful for a good experience.

Cellular Sales in Waltham was the WORST!! Salesperson Josh misrepresented transaction info to sell me a new phone, and sadly I fell for it! The photo shows the note he wrote guaranteeing that I will get $87 for my trade-in when I return to store the next day (since they were about to close), only to find out that was not true (I got less than half the trade-in amount), and he refused to keep his word. Furthermore, he auto-enrolled me in a $17/mo device insurance plan even though I had declined. (I later found out that store gets credit from Verizon for enrolled customers so that was another way to get more money out of me.) If you're buying a new phone with Verizon service, do yourself a favor and go to Wireless Zone in Wellesley instead. Christina was so helpful in facilitating a call with Verizon to cancel the insurance and also get reimbursed for the "set up fee" that Cellular Sales claimed was a standard added charge.

Beware of this store - they will cheat you! I would give it zero stars if I could. My wife and I went there to upgrade our phones. The salesperson went through our accounts and told us exactly how much we would be paying for the upgrades. Quite happy with the deal, we went ahead with our purchases. The salesperson asked us to pay for taxes upfront but didn't give us a receipt; she said it would be emailed to us. Later we found she had charged us 90 bucks for setting up our phones. This was not mentioned at any time during the transaction. In fact, we transferred our photos ourselves and returned the phones after wiping them clean a few days later. This was bad enough on its own, but when we came home and checked our bill we noticed additional charges for phone protection plan added to our account without our consent. I went back to the store to request a refund; the salesperson said she would check with her manager and get back to me...3 weeks later, still no response. Avoid this store at all costs.
