This is a review about 5 months waiting after repair of cracked glass on fully functional Samsung Note 20+ Ultra and after repair my wife got a smart phone without working Front Camera. In other words, no face recognition, no ability to have video calls with family and even no family pictures from the front camera on "camera phone". All that for more than 5 months of waiting and issue still not resolved. 2 months of promises that Samsung will changes the device to another one, than after Samsung refused to do anything about that, 2 more months promises that the company will solve that issue. And one more month of silence. I am ready to put 5 stars to staff in the repair shop, because they did there part of the job perfectly within 2 hours, but management of this company and how they behave just put me in shock. $300 paid for the repair of the glass on a smart phone which even now, Samsung sells for $1200 and as a result 5 months of partly not working phone. Plus all security feature for the work are also blocked as camera is not working as you are not able to use face recognition. So I have big question what kind of part Samsung is selling to that company, if they are not able to fix the phone with original parts. And what kind of management working in this company who forcing staff to ignore client after 5 months of promises. Think twice before coming to that place.

My phone, a Galaxy 7, was covered by insurance; however, they were unable to repair it. The screen stopped working so they changed it but it was not able to be fixed. They tried!!

From what you are describing the battery may need to be replaced, that is what we would try first. You can replace the battery yourself, the back cover comes off easily and you can order a battery on Amazon and get it within a day or two.
