This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I could have accepted that they were busy but the rudeness and lack of customer service was appalling. Don’t bother wasting your time here. CVS and other locations are so much better.

The service is terrible. Not helpful and employees are not nice. I know people that are going to cvs for that reason. Walgreens you should change things in pharmacy before you lose your customers.

I just sat waiting for the pharmacy to answer my phone call for 2 hours straight on the phone! I had 3 callers ahead of me and then one for 40 min and then there was no longer anyone ahead of me and I’m left waiting on the phone for another 45 minutes. I had to plug my phone in because it was dying. They had a problem where the whole system was down and no one could get their medication. They said to call back by 10 pm and that’s what I did. I finally got so fed up I called from my house phone only to hear the pharmacy was temp closed and it wasn’t their break time. They would have left me on hold for 4 more hours who knows?! This is the worst Walgreens I have ever had the displeasure to deal with, everyone who works here is in capable of doing their job I’ve had to wait in line driving there for an hour ones and there was only two cars behind me I wish I could just transfer myself to a different place or pharmacy but I work until late hours and I need something that’s 24 seven not at this place helps anyways I am so done I just want to scream that they were going to just leave me on hold all night. I’ll be calling their headquarters or doing something about it because I’ve dealt with their rude and unprofessional nature too many times. Do not go here unless you want to be frustrated!

I went right here from the Urgent Care down the road, and they already had my scripts filled before I had gotten there. They were helpful when my prescription card wasn't working and helped me find a way to save money on paying for my script out of pocket. Very helpful and patient with me.
