Was there for my grandsons birthday Good clean fun . Very helpful staff . experience was great until the pizza . It's the absolute worst pizza the kids wouldn't eat it so it was wasted .I was so embarrassed.For the cost at least have decent edible pizza. You could have earned 5 stars.

This place needs to receive constructive criticism! I’ve observed and notice that the staff are writing reviews about this amusement park. Red flag! Not to mention the lines are so long, my two kids were waiting in line for majority of their jump time. Not to mention I was at the park for an estimate 5.5 hours and I noticed that none of the staff received breaks! The children look like they are 16-18 years young, extremely young; they deserve at least a 15 minute break! That breaks my heart seeing such young teens work so hard while earning minimum salary with no break. Anyways if you are considering spending your money I strongly suggest you book else where. I would appreciate it if the management team of this park can reply to my review, I would love to discuss furthermore. Emma.

Had a great time over the weekend. I can see why the place is so popular. They really do their best to maintain a clean environment while enforcing the rules. They don't allow chaos which I appreciate as a parent. I know my kids are safe while they are playing their friends. There is only one way in and one way out which also gives me comfort. I also appreciated the fact it was one stop. I could grab food from the cafe for fuel and they had a pretty good variety that satisfied all the jumpers I brought. It really was a good time out and about. I bought a membership for two of my jumpers right after since we will be back. I can't believe the deal. It will pay for itself easily. Thanks Rockin' Jump. Love that you are in our neighborhood.

This park was visited on 2/13/22. A little boy was punched closed fist right in the face by another child and management shrugged it off as "boys being boys". The child assaulted had visible bruising and wasn't even offered any first aid. Mother of child who assaulted the other child had no repercussions for what her child did. Boycott this place and make them accountable. It is not okay for boys to punch others ever!!
