This restaurant was visually appealing to the eye. Location, location, location! The costumer service was impeccable. The food was outstanding. Old school candy was available! I do think, however, that the food prices were high considering the type of food that Sugar Factory served so be prepared. Plus, there’s a 20% surcharge, but you are paying for the total experience. Nevertheless, we truly enjoyed ourselves! I love my new Sugar Factory cup!

I mean definitely on the pricey side, but a fun experience. All the milkshakes were delicious, and the alcoholic drinks are very delicious, but they cost $44. The chicken and waffles were super delicious, the breakfast burger with the waffles was really yummy as well, but for the price of kind of just makes it a touristy place. Should at least go one time in your life!

Don’t go here for the food you’ll be disappointed. Go here because you want to go somewhere different and have some fun. I’d say the target appreciated age group for this place is 6-15 so a great place to take the kids. No way I’d take my wife here! I’d compare it to going to Chuck E. Cheese expecting good food! Lots of people complaining about price. I didn’t find the prices absurd. Your not paying for fine dining your paying for an experience. I’d compare the food to Applebees but double the price because your basically getting dinner and a show in downtown Chicago. Our waitress was pretty good, the hostess (3 girls on their phones) are probably not who I’d want my customers first point of contact but I get today we hire anyone that will work . If taking your teenage daughter you’ll love the experience. If taking your wife you’ll be disappointed. Plan on spending a minimum of $50/person and the 20% tip is auto added.

We had to park down the street from there. I dont know exactly where that was.. sorry and it was free
Wow its that expensive? I've never been & I need ideas on how to celebrate an 18th birthday
They celebrate birthdays, but u have to buy this sunday platter that will feed the whole group for about 60-79$ plus food and drinks. Its a very expensive place. A good experience but i will say for a 13-16years old
Not very pricey depending on what you order. Treat yourself to the experience
We just walked in off the street. It was 11pm on a Friday, though.
There wasn't a specific listed dress code from what I remember. It's a downtown establishment though, so I'd lean more towards an upscale appearance as opposed to more casual mall-like attire. Hope this helps...
Yes but I would recommend that you download spot hero you can valet park across the street for like$14
Monday thru Friday 4pm-9p.m. and 11p.m. on the weekends
Im not sure. You would have to call them and ask.
Oh yes they do.. from all sorts of fun sugary masterpieces to regular drinks. This includes their candy selection as well..
Yes but its a long wait unless you sit at the bar or make reservations
Dwn load an app call open table if you can't book on there it's because they have no more seats the phone you have to keep calling they open at 4 pm but!! You can always walk in and have a seat at the bar nd ask to be put on the list for a cancelled table or ask for a manger ask him is there any available seats ( only if it looks empty) that's what I done nd I was able to be seated do not ask the girls at the front desk ask for a manger.
29$ per kid
Rosemont is open now and this location soon! Please check our website for updates!
No we do not have a children's menu, however we are VERY child friendly with allot of options!
They are closed for now
I believe all ages but I'm not sure if that applies past a certain time.
I really enjoyed the vibe which you can have the same alcohol ic drinks virgin. Nice place to go but just a little pricey but nice!
hamburger sliders
The Sugar Factory is a very nice place. Yes the food and drinks are a little expensive but It is worth it.You definitely get your money worth. Be bless and have fun there!
Yes. There is parking.
Yes. Super kid friendly
There is no parking available on sight, but there are several garages nearby.
Happy hour is Monday- Friday from 4p.m. to 6p.m
The drinks a $35.00 but they are huge and Candy themed...Food ranges 15 to 20. It is a nice ambiance, definately experience worthy💌
I believe they also have valet. But there are several lots within walking distance. There's one north and one west for sure within 1 and 2 blocks
They are more expensive than necessary. You're paying for the name, not the food. The goblet drinks are $35, and like most costly places, it isn't listed next to the item. As far as the food goes, it really depends on what you get, but some of the desserts are also very expensive. Our bill was $92! $70 of it was due to the drinks.
