I am very disappointed with the service we have received thus far. We had 1 meeting with Rachael and have not heard from her since. We have made multiple calls and sent multiple emails. I really like the venue but am unable to complete our plans with them. This has been over a 2 month period since we began trying to get information. We are looking elsewhere now.
