If you can get it, it's a great place for a beach vacation. It has been through several different hands over the past few years with policy changes happening each time. If you are lucky enough to have a place there, you'll love it. Make sure you call ahead to find out what the current policies are.

Clean, lots are tight, but the beach comes right up to the park. Bathrooms work well. Showers are nice with good pressure. If only the wifi worked as well as the showers. Barely connects, constantly drops and phone service isn't the greatest. It's a great place to "drop off the grid," just not necessarily by choice.

We did a 2 night stay here in our camper with our 3 kids and enjoyed how quiet, clean, safe, and well-run everything was. The hosts were very helpful and attentive when we arrived. Bathrooms were extremely clean and well kept. It seems like most of the guests are actual residents, so it felt like a safe, comfortable community where people care about the overall quality of the place. Beach access was just a few minutes walk and absolutely beautiful. On a side note- we visited the area to go clamming and explore so we were only at the site to sleep/wind down. The lots are fairly close together so it’s definitely not a place where we’d make a campfire and hangout all day. But for us, it was perfect. Would definitely come back here the next time we are in the area!

Stopped by because we like to spend a week or two every year at the coast. VERY friendly and helpful staff. The sites are tight, but if you're experienced enough with your rig, it shouldn't be a problem. If say about 2/3 of the park is park model mobile homes, but not a stereotypical trailer park. Some limited sites are right on the beach. Reasonable rates, too!
