EC blends was a really good company I been a loyal customer for 10 years and something happened. They have nothing in any of the stores and this one is especially rude. I ordered e liquid on 07/21/22. 16 DAYS AGO! Still nothing. The web site says 12 days. There is more than just a shortage of staff going on. Some one messed up somewhere. Customer service has fallen and the company is failing. It's sad really. I loved the e liquid. 08/11/22 still nothing! I don't even get an answer on there message system on there websites. They responded here on Google review. My order is still not updated witch means they haven't even started on it. How long does that take? They are losing customers left and right. Is there only one person making product? I heard that they where moving production to a nother state. So that would leave us pretty lost. All I want is communication and my eliquid in a professional manner and time. I really wish I could leave 5 stars.

This is the kind of inventory that suggests the owners should be investigated. Constantly rotating stash and they will attempt to sell you a new device when they don't have coils for the one you previously bought from them. Complete facade setup for months and nobody there can muster up a straight answer as to why. They had, and I attempted to buy most of, an entire back stock of bad coils for the nord pro. Now they don't even have anything I saw in the shop months ago including nord pro or any coils for it. They sold me huge dollars worth of broken trash and I had to huff and puff to get it fixed, then left a positive review because at least it was still convincingly an actual store and I wanted to be nice. What is the real purpose of this vape chain? Like Google, you can take this down, but just put it on record that this is fishy AF.

Seems like the stock issues are a months long problem at this point. Went in for some 0 nic juice, they had almost none, staff didn't seem to really have any clear idea of what they did have and had to look around to scrounge for the few 0 nic flavors they offer, and on top of that the juice I ended up with (mango) was very mediocre in flavor. Not the staff's fault at all, they definitely tried to find something I'd like, but seems like management doesn't care about selection or quality of the product on their shelves.

Hi Molly, EVOD2 and their coils are no longer produced by Kanger. We might have some coils we can allocate to the Delta Waters store. I will see what we can do to get some over to that store location from another store.
