Everyone at this facility is very accommodating. Ashley Horne has incredible bedside manner, is very personable but more importantly, she listens. They make sure you are comfortable and offer juice for those of us who dread having blood drawn! Thank you to everyone for all you! You're the best.

Michelle was great when I did go in the past. I've been having digestion and stomach issues and even walked in to get an appointment or meet with anyone there asap and the soonest appointment they were able to provide was over 25 days. I had already booked with a GI and needed something before hand to ensure I would get a recommendation for insurance purposes. They would not help after I explained my situation and saying I was miserable and in pain. I called Wilmington Health and they got me linked with another doctor in their Leland location who could see me before my original GI appointment. The office I originally left helped me get a closer date for my GI appointment and also helped me square away my insurance questions. I may have not gone in for a few years physically, but considering you were my primary care and you did my inhaler refills once a year I should of been treated better by your facility. I'll go back to my original doctor in this area. I rather support those who will help me and go the extra mile out of concern for my health rather than just being a number. That is pretty much how I felt after yesterday.

Wonderful experience! Choosing a new doctor is always a little in-nerving but they made me feel more comfortable than ever! Ashley Horne had great bed side manner and listened to my concerns while coming up with a game plan to get me feeling well! While being concerned about my medical needs she also took the time to ask about my family and get to know me a little personally! Super efficient and the staff is super kind and helpful!
