Griswold is the best Company I've ever had the pleasure of working for. My hours are steady, the staff is great and the appreciation the company shows it's employees is awesome! It makes my job much more rewarding.

I chose to work at Griswold because of what I read on line as well as what they said in interviews. It is a year later and they have lived up to all they promised and exceeded it. They matched me with excellent clients, supported me without question when I needed time off, gave raises sooner than planned, and show their appreciation with thoughtful thank you cards and gift cards. They truly are a great group of people!

We always welcome caregivers who love this type of work as it shows in the way they do their job! We hire both those with CNAs and those without. We provide training so that all our caregivers are PCAs. Without your CNA, there will be some cases you would not be able to take, but the majority of our cases do not require a CNA. Hope that helps!

I am a certified nursing assistant and have been for the last 10 years I was accquirring do you have to have a valid drivers license to apply for a live in position

Crystal, You do not always need a valid drivers license, but you need reliable transportation. It does limit the type of case we can assign you to. There are client's that do need transportation. In Wilmington we do not have live-in caregivers.
